The spin class begins at 8:30 am and it will be an hour. You can also attend the early bird rides Tueday and Thursday at 6 A.M., Saturday at 8:30 A.M.(the other Saturdays of the month). New riders get a free pass you will need to talk to Kirk or Connie 15 minutes before the class will begin. See you there.
